Cameroon Policy Analysis and Research Centre (CAMERCAP-PARC) or Centre for the Analysis of Economic and Social Policies in Cameroon is the result of active cooperation between the African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) and the Government of the Republic of Cameroon through the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development (MINEPAT)

CAMERCAP-PARC derives from a conceptual mutation of the former Project of Capacity Building in Economic and Financial Management of Cameroon into a Think Tank, among the twenty that ACBF supports in Africa.

A conceptual evolution, where the innovation of the strategy implemented will be based on the rigors of evaluation and sharp analyses for strength of innovative proposals to the socioeconomic problems and facts of the country and the sub region. It is a matter of building bridges between knowledge and power.

To support this new direction, CAMERCAP-PARC uses the combined expertise of academics, senior government officials and private sector actors to bring added value to development policies.
