The 4th Summit of Think Tanks Africa was held in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire from 6 to 8 April 2017 under the theme "Think Tanks African and the Industrialization of Africa"...
On the sideliners of this summit, there was also a session of the African Think Tanks Network and the 7th Consultative Forum of the ACBF Committee of Economic Policy Analysis Institutes (CIP) on the theme "Sustainability of Think Tanks For effective policy implementation in Africa ".
Organized by the Foundation for Capacity Building in Africa (ACBF) and the Economic Policy Analysis Unit of CIRES (CAPEC), the Centre for Analysis and Research on Economic and Social Policies (CAMERCAP-PARC), Took part and was represented by the Expert in Engineering of the Training and Youth Employment. In this capacity, he chaired the work of Parallel Session 1 under the theme "Research Program for Change of Mind-sets for Industrial Development in Africa".
